The Teams

Media Co-ordination Team

Make FM jingles, TV Scroll Ads, Press Releases, News Coverage, Coordinate with Reporters and Media, TVCs, Tweets, Facebook Sharing, Flyers, Posters and other Online and Offline Campaigns informing people about SMS fund Raiser

Business House Co-ordination Team

Include SMS Fund raiser info in Existing Ads and Campaigns of Business Houses. Also Include their products info in SMS reply message as Ads. Coordinate with Media team. Promote the Cause as well as Business house's products.

Donor Agencies and Government Co-ordination Team

Work Closely with end users and people related to issue and encourage them to spread the format to send SMS to raise fund. Seek support from Donor Agencies, INGOs, NGOs, Supporters and Government. Submit Proposals and Reports to respective organizations.

Technical Team

Use Sparrow SMS Application and Coordinate with Telecom Operators. Monitor the Fund and check reply of each SMS accordingly. Spread about the SMS format on Websites and Social Networking Sites and Online Media.

Overall Management Team

Overall Marketing, Monitoring and Evaluation Check New Issue and Partners in Pipeline
